Definitions

• Services: The Grubbio platform, including grubbio.com, all subdomains, and all features available through the website.
• Listing: A food business profile published on Grubbio, including business details, hours, photos, and contact information.
• Brand Page: The main landing page for a food business on Grubbio, featuring reviews, photos, and general information.
• Menu Page: A dedicated page displaying a food business's menu with categories, dishes, prices, and photos.
• User Content: Any text, photos, reviews, ratings, or other materials submitted by users to the platform.
• Business Owner / Representative: A person who manages a Listing on behalf of a food business.
• Visitor: Any person who accesses or browses Grubbio without necessarily submitting content.

Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Grubbio, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Grubbio on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

The Services

Grubbio provides a platform for food businesses to create SEO-friendly Brand Pages, publish interactive Smart Menus, and collect customer reviews. Features include:

• Publishing and managing food business listings
• Creating mobile-first, QR-ready menu pages
• Displaying reviews, ratings, and photos from customers
• Browsing and discovering food places by location and category

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be offered in beta or experimental form.

Accounts, Submissions & Accuracy

If you submit a listing, menu, or other business information, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Grubbio may review, format, approve, or reject submissions at its discretion.
• Business owners may claim and update their listings by contacting us through the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

User Content (Reviews, Ratings, Photos)

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content on Grubbio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

Content Standards

• Content must be truthful and based on genuine experience
• Do not post defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Do not include private or personal information of others
• Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

Moderation: Grubbio reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

Acceptable Use / Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities on Grubbio:

• Posting spam, fake reviews, or manipulating ratings
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users

Listings, Menus & Pricing Disclaimers

Menus, prices, hours, and other business details displayed on Grubbio may change at any time. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or complete.

Visitors should confirm details directly with the food business before making decisions based on information found on Grubbio.

Grubbio is not a party to any transactions between visitors and businesses and is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or any outcomes arising from such interactions.

Intellectual Property

The Grubbio name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of Grubbio and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or site content without permission.

By uploading menus, photos, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to share that content on the platform.

If you believe content on Grubbio infringes your copyright or intellectual property, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

Third-Party Links & Services

Grubbio may contain links to third-party websites, embedded maps (such as Google Maps), or references to external booking and ordering services. These are provided for convenience only.
